EXPERT AVATAR TM
EXPERT AVATARTM is a new educational system based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology, developed and patented by TheBeamer LLC. EXPERT AVATARTM assists educators by helping them to teach subjects in an exciting new way. Just by talking with the character on screen, the user can find answers to questions about the expert’s life, scientific contributions, and opinions.
The Expert AvatarTM can be employed for professional training or career introductions. This example displays an Emergency Room with two Expert Avatars to help teach medical students how they might work with a patient. One Expert Avatar is the patient who responds to questions about her medical problem. The other is an expert ER doctor that can help with the diagnosis.
For education, the Expert AvatarTM can take on the form of famous historical figures (like Einstein or Galileo). Students can verbally ask the Expert Avatar questions, and the Expert Avatar will respond with age-appropriate, curated answers. The Expert Avatar can even help guide the student to related topics in order to help expand the conversation and broaden the learning experience!
With the Expert AvatarTM Authoring system, teachers and their students will also be able to produce and curate new avatars, to help with additional experts and subjects of interest.
The Albert Einstein Expert Avatar is coming soon. You will be able to learn about his science, life, and opinions by verbally asking questions.
